With School out, more children and walkers are enjoying the longer days and warm weather. Please observe the speed limit and be alert.
Gasser leaving effective June 31.
Emery Gasser and the Gasser Property Management will no longer serve the Meadows after June. We are exploring different options for management, both seeking bids from other companies as well as considering self-management. Managing the community ourselves would require an extremely active Board, as well as all residents contributing to the maintenace of our community. Another management company would cost more than we have paid in the past, but would relieve us of certain duties. All options are being considered.

Tonight, five new board members were elected to the Homeowners Association Board:

A tremendous thank you to our past board members, who worked diligently for the good of our neighborhood. So Lee, Joe, Jeremy, Ron, Laura, and Jim...THANK YOU.
Our first order of business will be to make sure the gap between Gasser and new management is as seamless as possible, making sure everything gets paid, particularly our insurance premiums. We are also going to ask an attorney to pursue Gasser in order to get all documents needed for an audit. We will keep you all posted as to what is happening.
